SD CARBON UK – RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At SD Carbon UK, we aim to provide high-quality carbon fibre products. Please read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Returns Eligibility  
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.  
To be eligible for a return, the item must:  
- Be unused and uninstalled  
- Be in original packaging  
- Be in resellable condition  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items  
We do not accept returns for:  
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified  
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse  
- Custom or made-to-order products  
- Items returned without original packaging  

3. Return Process

Please include:  
- Your order number  
- Reason for return  
- Clear photos (if applicable)  

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs  
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns  

5. Refunds  
- Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected  
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days  
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable  

6. Damaged or Faulty Items  
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:  
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery  
- Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging  

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Fitment Disclaimer  
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is compatible with their vehicle before purchasing.  
SD Carbon UK is not responsible for incorrect orders or fitment issues if the wrong item is purchased.  
We strongly recommend professional installation for all products.

8. Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
